Cathleen Italia
Cathy has practiced law for over 35 years and is well-versed in Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Real Estate Law. She is a graduate of Lewis University and the John Marshall Law School, and is a member of WealthCounsel. In addition to her time practicing law, Cathy has always carried a special interest in not-for-profit companies and assists various Illinois not-for-profits, including a children's charity and two Montessori schools.
Christine Palkovic
Christine has been practicing law since 2011, concentrating on Real Estate and Estate Planning. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Like Cathy, Christine earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. Christine is a member of WealthCounsel, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. She goes to great lengths to partner with her clients for their long-term legal welfare, and especially enjoys helping first-time home buyers.
